• Default permissions allow document editing but may restrict creating, deleting, or moving files and folders
• For fewer account permission issues, access the folder through the "Shared" tab in your OneDrive browser at https://onedrive.live.com/?qt=sharedby

Monthly meetings

• Monthly meetings are held on Microsoft Teams at 15:00 UTC (14:00 UTC during daylight savings), which is 8:00 Mountain Time and 16:00 Central European Time
• Download and open AvaCollabra_monthly_meeting.ics to save all meetings to your calendar
• Use this link to join individual meetings
• View agendas and minutes in the AvaCollabra meeting minutes
• Summary emails are sent to the working group after each meeting. Meetings are recorded when possible, and links to recordings are included in the summary emails
